confessions of pain is one of those arty farty movies, but yet its extreme sadness and impact of e protagonists actions really got to me. two good friends, but their way of handling pain and loss are so different. combining the elements of a thriller and a mystery film, i think it's a rather good show to catch. just beware of e gore and violence. i could almost feel that statue on me when tony leung hit that guy with it. though e degree of gore is considered rather mild compared to those who watched saw 3 of course. haha.
anyway, watched it as part of e ending of 4L gathering 2006 on saturday. this year's attendence was at an astounding 26 people! compared to e pathetic number who shows up usually, gathering 2006 is a good success. met up at orchard station before heading down to spageddies.

after dinner was a period of aimless wandering around while we decide what we can do so that e whole group of people can participate. ended up at rouge where we opened a bottle, sat down and crapped, as usual. haha. things got boring after a while and shu happily hijacked keith's camera and started our group's camwhoring session.

being in a class of 32 guys and only 4 girls, i'm glad i found this clique to be a part of. they were e people who accompanied me through my happiest 2 years of RV life. e ones with whom i cried with when i got my 'O' levels. e ones who were happy for me and said i was silly for crying over improvement. :) been ages since i last saw them, and yet we can still crap and talk like before. am thankful to have friends like them. heh.
